Meet Our Team
Carol
Carol, Diane’s daughter, is an Ojibwe Artist, an accomplished horsewoman, certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, retired EMS and corporate health and safety professional.
Carol is focused on the creative process. Her art is rich in symbolism, bold and dramatic, tells a story, startles, touches hearts, and makes an impact on soul-searchers living bravely, wildly, free, authentic lives.
Lee
Lee, Diane’s son, goes all the way back to the beginning with the ranch. He grew up sharing the trials and trails that make up the Ranch Wellness Sage – the land, horses, roping, riding and the western life.
Whenever Lee is off work, he can be found guiding rides and helping to keep the Ranch Wellness dream alive and growing!
Mikayla
Mikayla, Diane’s granddaughter, shares a deep-rooted passion for horses, animals, and the natural world. During her university holidays, she dedicates her time to working at The Ranch, where she supports program facilitation and leads horse connection trail rides.
Warm, approachable, and grounded in Ranch Wellness’s values, Mikayla serves as a positive role model for young girls and embodies the next generation of the Ranch’s legacy.
Team Ranch Wellness Spring and Summer Staff
Team Ranch Wellness spring and summer staff is made up of the best of the best from around the world.
Consisting of mostly international girls, often in their university gap year, looking to make a difference in the world.
Thus, the guests that come to our programs get a “sample of the world” right here at Ranch Wellness.
